Foundry House
Foundry House is a mixed-use commercial development converting a former industrial warehouse into flexible office and studio space. The developer wanted branding and marketing materials that avoided real estate clichés and appealed to Gen Z SMEs, creatives, and growing businesses. The visual approach needed to feel confident, functional, and modern.
Much of my previous work sits under strict NDAs, particularly within regulated and commercial sectors. The projects shown here are concept-led case studies, created to demonstrate my approach, skill set, and range across branding, design, and light-touch marketing. Each reflects the type of briefs I regularly deliver in real client environments.
